Keijai Kreationz Candle Shop (We, Us, Our) operates as a retail and online candle store. We offer handcrafted candles, specialty designs, and related products for purchase at our website(keijaikreationz.com) and at pop-up events. All candles are handcrafted. variations in color, shape, and scent strength are normal. Product descriptions and photos are for illustrative purposes actual products may differ slightly. Burn times are approximate and depend on candle on candle size, usage, and care. Orders & Payments All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout via approved payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other listed options). Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected. Shipping & Delivery we ship orders according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volume. Keijai Kreationz is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping, but we will assist in filing claims when possible. Returns & Refunds due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds or exchanges may be granted for defective or damaged items upon review. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return or replacement. Candle Safety. By purchasing from Keijai Kreationz, you acknowledge and agree to follow our Candle Care & Safety Guideline, including but not limited to: Never leaving a burning candle unattended. Keeping candles away from children, pets, and flammable objects. Burning candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface. We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from
Misuse of our products. Events & Workshops - Tickets for workshops or events ( in-store or online) are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Keijai Kreationz.

Keijai Kreationz is not liable for damage. injury, or misuse of products. Intellectual Property All logos, designs, content, and products are the property of Keijai Kreationz. They may not be copied, resold, or distributed without permission. Limitation of Liability Keijai Kreationz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York. without regard to conflict of law principles.
