Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak season ( holidays, pop-up events, or special promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days. Custom or specialty candle orders may require additional time; customers will be notified via email with updates. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options are avalable at checkout for an additional cost. Local delivery may be available for special orders or events- please contact us directly for arrangements.

We currently ship only within the United States.
Candles are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Keijai Kreationz is not responsible for weather-related damages once the package is in transit. LOSY, Damaged, or Stolen Packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Keijai Kreationz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
